A fun day ahead!

After adding the cute little pregnancy ticker to the top of my page, I felt it necessary to post something a little bit more light-hearted than my latest rant about Wal-Mart! The words "Thoroughly disgusted" just didn't look right underneath that cute little pastel baby! So, I thought I would let you know that Matt and I are going to register for baby tomorrow! I think I'm more excited than he is...like most men, the thought of being in any one particular store for more than 20 minutes doesn't appeal to him! (although he's mentioned it a few times throughout the week, so he may be more excited than I think) He's been getting into all the gear and gadgets and everything that will come along with this new little bundle, too. We've been looking through magazines and searching online for all the necessities, picking out favorite brands, designs, and colors. (Every time we go to a store with a baby section we inevitably end up there. I usually have no intention of buying anything, but always come out with something!) So tomorrow we'll head to Babies 'R Us, which can be a little overwhelming. We've got a good idea of what we want, though, so hopefully we'll do okay. If it's anything like when we registered for our wedding, the biggest decision will probably be who gets the scanning gun!
