**Tomorrow we're gonna 'Do The Puyallup!' I can't wait to sink my teeth into a scone...or two, or three...along with a Krusty Pup, corn-on-the-cob, an elephant ear, a cow chip cookie (probably to take home), and anything else that looks too delicious to pass up! A friend and I used to go to The Fair together every year and have a contest to see who could eat the most, but since my tummy doesn't have much expansion room these days, I doubt I'll be contending for the title this time around Ü Don't count me out though...I've got big plans!
**On babycenter.com one of my to-do's for this past week was to pack a hospital bag! It still doesn't seem like it should be time for preparations like that...but in reality, this baby could come at any time! So, I printed the checklist, highlighted everything that I felt was necessary for us, and I'm gonna start packing!!
**A few weeks ago I found and bought all the stuff I need to make our birth announcements and I can't wait to get started on them! I figure the more I can get done now, the better. Of course we'll have to wait until she's born to add all the vital info (name, date, time, weight, etc) but putting together as many as I have to put together is going to be pretty time consuming. I better get started.
**Last week the laundry started...for baby that is! Laundry never looked so cute Ü Everything for the bassinet, all of her blankies, and newborn sized clothes are washed and ready for her. This week I'll finish the 0-3 months sizes, and hopefully make a dent in the 3-6 months sizes as well. She actually has quite a bit of clothes, so if I can at least get all of the really small sizes done I'll be doing good.
**Other than that I don't have much going on this week...and I'm glad. With weekly doctor appts beginning next week I have a feeling that time's gonna start to fly! We'll probably head out to check the progress on the house a few times and I'll try to remember the camera. Aside from that, I'm looking forward to some quiet evenings at home with Matt.
Have a great weekend, and enjoy the sun for the next few days! Woo-hoo!
