Here's what we've been up to...

The most exciting news from the last few weeks, and the reason I haven't been online, is that we've moved into our new house! We moved in the first week of January and have slowly been getting settled in. We love it! It seems like there's been something going on almost daily...workers in and out installing our heat pump, Direct TV, the phone company, then Comcast, and Comcast again a few days later...landscapers have been here several days spreading topsoil and pouring concrete for our back patio and dog kennel, and last but not least, our pipes froze 2 mornings this last week (not happy about that obviously, and it's getting fixed!). So, as you can see, it's been one thing after another since we've moved in and it's taking us a while to get settled. But, we love our new house and everything about it! I haven't taken any pictures yet, but I will as soon as I feel like things are a little more put together. Other than that, the last few weeks were spent watching football, hanging out with family and friends, and Taylor and I spent our first week by ourselves while Matt was gone for 7 days on a business trip in California. It was really cute how excited she got when she saw him for the first time after being gone for a week...she gave him the biggest smile Ü She missed her Daddy! So, that's the short version of events from the last few weeks...and some pictures to go along...

And here's what Miss Taylor has been up to...

She loves to be on the floor grabbing and chewing on her toys! Her first day in jeans! So cute Ü
She's rolling! Most of the time she won't stay on her tummy anymore...and when she's on her back, she's constantly rolling up onto her side. I have a feeling it won't be long before she's rolling that way too! Yikes!

Taylor was baptized on Sunday* Ü

You can see in the above picture that Taylor's reaching for the cake...well after the picture was taken she had a hand-full of frosting! Of course she put her hand in her mouth before we could grab a napkin, and surprisingly she made a face like she didn't like it! It was pretty funny Ü

So that's our story. This morning I woke up to a beautiful landscape of snow white trees with the sun peaking through...so pretty! I hope it warms up just a tad so Taylor and I can get bundled up and head out into the sunshine! I love walking on days like this Ü Enjoy!

*I forgot my camera, so I don't have any pictures of her actual baptism...I know my mom has some, but she still has an ancient 35mm! Hopefully someone got some good digitals that I can share!
