What a feeling!

This morning as I was leaving the gym and driving home I made a mental note....

"When you're laying in bed and think you're too tired to get up and go workout, think about how awesome you feel right now...and that you want this feeling again...TODAY!"

There's definitely something to be said for the endorphine release that you get after a good, fat-burning, muscle-aching workout! I feel great today! :)

I forget that feeling all the time...but you're right; when I do remind myself of it, I'm more motivated to get up and get moving! As soon as I step out of the shower after a workout, I feel like a new woman!
