It's gonna be a good one!

Even though we woke up to rain, snow and wind this morning, I know it's gonna be a great weekend! Last night we celebrated Abbie's 8th birthday! I can't believe this girl is 8 years old already...I remember holding her when she was first born...man, the years have flown by. She is growing into such an intelligent, wise and beautiful girl...and I have the honor of being her Godmother :) Here are a few pictures from her party last night...

She liked this nightgown when we were shopping one day but was really disappointed when they didn't have her size. Of course I made it my personal mission to find it for her...you know how I hate shopping ;)

Abbie's awesome new double-dutch ropes! I'm sorry to say there isn't a picture of me falling on my behind (I was jumping in socks and stepped on a rock, tried to kick it out of the way while still attempting to double-dutch...). I'm sure it was quite a sight :)

Later today our good friends Jayson, Crystal and Jake are coming out for the evening! Taylor's super excited to play with Jake (infact she's taking a nap right now to get all rested up) and I'm super excited to hang out with our friends that we haven't seen for way too long! They're even gonna spend the night so we can have some drinks and nobody has to drive home! Hurry up and get off work Jayson...and get your butts out here!!! :)
