Just for fun!

Taylor's been wearing hats (especially when Matt puts a hat on, she wants one too) and sometimes letting me put barrettes in her hair...for a short time at least. I've always loved doing little girls' hair, and I just know that I'm going to be heartbroken with a child that won't let me come near hers!

Here we are, out for a walk after dinner on Sunday evening. It looked so nice ouside...for about 5 minutes. As soon as we made it up the hill and around the other side of the loop it started pouring hail! It was actually kinda fun, and we were all laughing by the time we got home! One of our neighbors actually yelled out his window "Nice night for a walk, eh?!"

Yah, that was my idea.
I can't tell you how much faster breakfast and lunch-time go when you don't have to sit and feed your child. She's really good about feeding herself with a fork and a spoon now, and her favorite thing to eat is yogurt! Most days, there isn't even much to clean up :)

It's funny to watch and see the things she's obviously picked up from me already. What does she do when there's a crumb on her tray?? She picks it up and puts it back on her plate :)

The funniest thing! She totally checks herself out in the mirror! I mean, full on dancing, twirling, sticking her tongue out, making faces, turning and looking out the corner of her eye at herself, all the while saying "Oooh!" at herself! Oh, and don't forget giving herself big kisses! She seriously melts me :)
