A lovely weekend...in pictures!

I had my cousin Amanda's bridal shower at my house...

for food we had Mexican lasagna, taquitos, layered bean dip, veggies and all the fixins! Everything was delicious, if I do say so myself! ;)

And a big thank you to my mom for all her help, too!

I made and decorated cupcakes for dessert...

and my mom made chocolate chip cookies...they were a big hit too!
Taylor was a perfect little helper while Amanda opened her gifts :)

...but then she found a cozy little spot to watch the rest.

Sunday,

my BFF Monica came over for the day! It was sooo good to see her!! And Taylor couldn't get enough of her either :)

After a quick stop at the lake to let Lambeau swim, we hit up DQ for some ice cream!

"You gonna drink that??"

Then, Taylor kept us entertained by playing with her stuffed animals and "babies" in her room.

She took all of the animals out of the basket, climbed in, carefully stacked them all back on top of her, and then said "Cheese!" I guess she wanted us to take her picture. So, of course, we did :)

Then, she laid out the blankie, lined all of her friends up, tucked them all in and said "nigh-night"
