So many birthdays, and so much more!

What a crazy month January turned out to be!
It usually is, but this one seemed especially jam-packed.
There was no shortage of fun, and we have the pictures to prove it! :)
Here's a little peek at what we've been up to for the last few weeks...

Painting toes...Taylor picked two colors to alternate so her "big ones" would be different. :)
Sledding with the Remferts!  It wasn't the longest trip, but it was a blast and well worth the drive to spend the day with our friends!!
Taylor and Jakey had so much fun together!
And so did Matt and Jayson! :)
And me and Crystal, too!
Taylor got a Seahawks tattoo!  Yes, you read that right, a SEAHAWKS tattoo!!
{All she had to do was say "please, daddy?!" and he melted like butter.}
These two love taking bubble baths together!
{I'm sure Matt's gonna love me for this one!  Sorry, babe...love ya!}
Abbie started basketball this year, and we got to watch a few of her games...so fun!
{Jake's playing again, too, and he's SO good...but sadly, I forgot to take my camera to his game. Boo.}
Definitely the cutest one on the team! :)
We spent a fun afternoon at a Princess party for our friend Makenzie's 3rd birthday!
She needed some help with the candles. :)
We also celebrated a few VERY special birthdays in our family...
my Grandma turned 85 this year!
She is the heart and soul of our family and I am so truly thankful for the blessing and constant presence that she has always been in my life.  She has literally been right next door for most of my life, and there was no shortage of love and fun to be had with her {and my Grandpa!}.  She truly is the best Grandma {and Great Grandma} anyone could ever want!♥
And today...{drumroll please}...is my dad's 60th birthday!!
This year was especially sweet celebrating another year in his life.
And I'm telling you right now, we'll be doing this for many more years.
If anyone's gonna give cancer a run for it's money, it's this guy!
His courage, strength, faith and sense of humor never cease to amaze me.
My dad is one cool guy.
He makes everyone around him feel special...because he really thinks that everyone is special.  Whether you're family, or meeting him for the very first time, you'll always get a big smile, a warm "hello" and probably a great big hug from him!
Love you, Dad.
You're my hero.
Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday!
And here's to 60 more!!!

A few more fun things we've done this month?!
*celebrated my brother's 39th birthday. No pictures. :(
*dinner and fun nights in with our neighbors...in our sweats. No pictures. :)
*playdates with friends :)
*said good-bye to our good friend, Tim Jones...he's moving to Florida.  Great for him...sad for us. :(
*Scentsy parties! :)
*Girls night out at The Melting Pot...yummm!! :)
*Cheered on the Packers to win the NFC Championship! Stay tuned for Super Bowl XLV pictures next week!!!  GO PACK GO! :)
