Despite the rain...

...I'm having a pretty great week so far.

Monday
Taylor went to Michelle's for the day {next Monday is my turn to have the kids...we took a little break, but we're back to our Monday swap}, so Brittnee and I got coffee and pedicures, and then hit up Target and Kohl's afterward.  Throw in a quick lunch and it was quite a lovely day! :)

Today
Taylor and I went to Story Time at the Library and then to the gym for the first time in for-e-ver.
I eased into it, since I'm not feeling particularly "normal" yet...but my body's in desperate need of some exercise, and it felt pretty darn good.  Oh, and I tanned!  Another lovely day. :)

Tomorrow
A late breakfast/early lunch date with some of our favorite girls...Tiff, Kenzie, Christina and Lillie!  Taylor's super excited to see her little friends!  We haven't had many playdates in the last several weeks {me + preggo = super sick} so I'm really happy that she gets to see them and play!

Thursday
We're registering Taylor for preschool and taking a tour of the classroom in the afternoon!  I'm so excited for her because I know she's going to love it and thrive in that kind of environment...she's so ready for something like this! However, I'm a little sad at the thought of her being somewhere else 3 mornings a week.  Having my due date in early September was so perfect...that's just when preschool will be starting.  Now...well...I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with myself just yet...
Not much else planned for Thursday, but looking forward to a nice, quiet day at home.
Catching up on laundry and cleaning will be on my list for sure.
Oh, and wearing green! :)

Friday
No plans yet, other than probably hitting the gym and making a much needed Chiropractic appointment.
Maybe I'll tackle our half-done bathroom project...we started painting a few weekends ago, but haven't gotten around to finishing it yet.  Ya know, now that I'm thinking about it, I think that's just what I'll do!

Pre-school? Seriously? Taylor Jade? I think I just had a stroke - there is just no way she can be old enough for that already!! The time goes wayyyy too fast, doesn't it?

How are you? said...

Your story was sweet. I like how you incorporated your family in the story. Your story sounds like a hard working family memebers story all accross America. GoodJob
