Saturday we spent the afternoon with our good friends celebrating their baby boy's first birthday!
The party had been planned at a park in Renton, but due to our lovely June weather it had to be moved indoors. They did an amazing impromptu job of bringing the beach to the kids, and everyone had a really good time running around, digging and playing in the sand...in the garage!
It was genius, really. Everyone stayed warm and dry, and when the kids were done, we moved inside. Perfect!
