Well, it's taken me long enough, but I have to send a big shout out and a CONGRATULATIONS to my favorite little burrito in the whole wide world...my cousin Amanda! She got engaged last weekend!!! Cory is quite a catch, and a very lucky man I must say...Amanda is one of the most laid-back, coolest chicks I know. You crazy tortilla, you! (That's pronounced with the "L's" for those of you that don't know Amanda!)
