Abbie is especially smitten, and her and Papa literally came to fists the other day over who got to hold him first!  It was a close fight, but Papa gave in. :)

Hello, Bright-eyes! ♥

We've had a few rough nights this week.  Benjamin thought it would be fun to stay up all night, I guess.  I certainly didn't think too much of it, but we made it through and last night he was back to sleeping again.  Thank goodness!

We've had lots of visitors and a few trips out of the house.

Thankfully the weather's been sorta decent so we've been spending some time outside {which Taylor loves} and even went for a walk with our friends this week!  It's so good to be feeling normal again...  I've lost a total of 22 lbs so far since B was born...with 6 more lbs to go!

We're super excited to be hosting a "meet the baby" BBQ next weekend with friends, and then in just a few weeks we'll be heading out on a cross-country road trip to Wisconsin, with stops in Yellowstone and a few other fun places along the way!  We can't wait!!  We took a little drive down to Portland this week and it was a relief to find that Benjamin loves being in the car and in his carseat and literally will sleep for hours while we're driving.  Hopefully that continues and we have a smooth trip East...fingers crossed!

Lastly, and most certainly not least, we had a little photo shoot this week with Miss Tiffany Jeanne so I'll be sure to post some of the fab photos when we get them. :)

I'm off to shower while baby boy's asleep!
